Returns are accepted on damaged merchandise only. Any return must be authorized by J.J. Weston. Call for an RA number.  Merchandise received in damaged condition must be reported within 5 days of receipt. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed for merchandise returned after pre-approval, as an accommodation.
